Each year, the Culpeper Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) will award a scholarship to a deserving high school student to further their education at a post secondary institution of their choice.

Priority is given to applicants from traditionally under-represented, under-served, and marginalized populations who exhibit financial need and demonstrate academic promise and dedication to social interest and improving their local community.

Eligible applicants are current high school seniors who are residents of Culpeper, Madison, or Rappahannock Counties.
