The Culpeper Branch of the NAACP has announced that free one-year memberships are now available to youth living in Culpeper, Madison, and Rappahannock counties. The free memberships, for youth under the age of 21, were made possible through the generosity of a branch member who will cover the $10 annual dues for one year.
“Youth memberships represent a vital opportunity for our local young people,” says NAACP Culpeper President Kaleb Hackley. “Engagement in our branch activities allows students to learn about our history, become involved in advocacy and outreach in our community, and become part of the incredible NAACP legacy.”
