For our Q3 2026 feature, we’re honored to introduce Speedy Splash, the mobile detailing and cleaning business owned and operated by Cheickna Toure. A one-stop solution for busy homeowners, Speedy Splash offers interior and exterior car detailing, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and house power washing — bringing convenient, quality service directly to the community.

Q. What’s the story behind your business and how it all began?
While working at a restaurant, I saw a gentleman cleaning windows. Once he was done, I picked up a squeegee and tried it myself and quickly got the hang of it. I started offering the service to some of my restaurant clients, and later added power washing and detailing.
Q. What does it mean to you personally to be a minority-owned business?
It gives me even more montivation to keep pushing and do better.
Q. How has being part of the Culpeper/Madison/Rappahannock community shaped your business?
Having so many entrepreneurs in Culpeper has helped grow my business through word of mouth.
Q. In what ways do you hope your business contributes to or uplifts the community?
By keeping cars and houses clean for the people of Culpeper.
Q. What are your most popular or signature products/services?
Mobile detailing.
Q. What’s been one of your biggest challenges, and one of your biggest successes?
Our biggest success is our clients’ satisfaction. Our biggest challenge was earning that trust in the beginning — but once we served a client the first time, they’ve stayed loyal. Customer satisfaction and transparency are what’s helped us grow.
Q. What do you hope every customer walks away knowing, feeling, or experiencing when they interact with your business?
That we go above and beyond for them at every service.
